I have the latest official Falcon TOS 4.04 which has AES 3.40 and no
WF_BEVENT.

I hope not, I don't even know why we are talking about click-drag stuff.
Surely, in the spirit of standards, a developer should provide the
standard way of doing things and add any mouse behaviour options that he
wants as options.
